About The Gazebo Pizza
Our Story
The Gazebo Pizza started as a joke between a couple of friends in Amman, Jordan. A rooftop restaurant that would gather people and serve delicious pizza. The joke became real, and what began as a neighbourhood pop-up quickly grew into something bigger: a community around good food, honest ingredients, and pizza that actually means something.
We've since brought that same spirit to Ontario, catering events with artisanal pizzas made from scratch, including gluten-free and vegan options with our own proprietary doughs and cheese formulations alongside house-made hot sauces, pickles, and specialty condiments.
